About Us

I’m Lynn and I’m a passionate facilitator of Holosomatic breath and bodywork, trained through Inner Camp. My journey into this transformative practice began after exploring meditation and seeking deeper connection, which led me to an Inner Camp breath workshop that truly changed my life. After just one session I found myself feeling grounded, relaxed and not only more connected with myself, but with others around me. After taking part in a number of sessions I realised how special this practice is me and wanted to help those around me experience the same profound transformation.

With over 10 years of experience in the wellness industry, I have dedicated my career to teaching dance and providing bodywork therapies, including massage, dry needling, and cupping. My goal is to inspire and support individuals on their path to healing and personal growth. 

I believe in the power of breath and body awareness as essential tools for transformation. Together, we can explore these practices to help you release tension, reconnect with yourself, release trauma and cultivate a sense of well-being.

At our Holosomatic Breathwork sessions, we prioritize creating a deeply immersive and transformative experience. One of the unique aspects of our practice is the use of headphones and eye masks, designed to help you block out external distractions and create a safe, focused space for your journey.

The headphones provide high-quality soundscapes that guide you through the breathwork process, often featuring calming music or therapeutic frequencies that enhance relaxation, deepen emotional release, and support your journey inward. By tuning out environmental noise, you can stay more present and connected with your breath and body, which is key to unlocking the full potential of the practice.

The eye masks help to further block out external stimuli, allowing you to close off the external world and fully surrender to the experience. With no visual distractions, you’re encouraged to go deeper into your inner landscape, accessing emotions, memories, and sensations that may be otherwise difficult to reach. This creates a truly internal experience where you can explore and heal at your own pace, fostering a greater sense of inner peace and clarity.

In addition to this focus on sensory isolation, we also emphasise the holistic integration of breathwork with body awareness. By combining conscious connected breathwork with gentle bodywork, we guide you to release physical tension, emotional blockages, and stored trauma in a supportive and safe environment. This approach helps create a harmonious balance between mind and body, offering lasting relief from stress, anxiety, and emotional imbalances.
